Hello once again. Dang it's been so long since I've posted. Let me tell you it's been a journey since my last post. I was suuposed to have tonsilectomy suregry but never happened because of insurance issues. Was sick off and on and was not happy. i weighed in today at 127.4 lost 2 pounds since Jan. 17, 2005. Haha, not to sad huh? I have been hitting tournaments every other weekend and that's about it. I'm not eating healthy and should start! It's making me depressed just writting this blog. Hopefully the beginning of next week things will be looking on the brighter side. I will give you more info. tomorrow on my eating habits. Today, is not a good day to start. I have been eating ice cream all day.

DON"T CHA WISH!

It was a chilly weekend but fun. Got a cough and an ear ache, but it was time with my family! All day Saturday we hiked into Den Woody territory. My son was the cutest ever, he looked like an Eskimo baby! I was sore the next day! We hiked about 5 to 6 miles Saturday. I drank tons of water and had a sandwich and crackers that I ate for the day. Got home and was to tired to eat or cook.
Couldn't get enough of Den Woody, we went back up to fish Sunday. Most of the lake was still covered by ice but in some places it wasn't. Caught a few fish and froze most of the day. Didn't eat breakfast. For lunch, I had a spam sandwich with chips and plenty of water all day.
Today, I'm tired and sore. I have a v-ball game tonight, which I'm excited for. I believe I have started my cardio workout a little sooner than I thought I would have. Can activities such as these even be considered a workout? Anyways, as far as lifting goes I will start tomorrow right after work. For lunch today,I ate my hot dog, fries, salad, watermelon, cottage cheese and drank 2% milk.

Hi Hope,
Just wanted to say hi and to keep up the motivation to exercise. HELP ME! Hee hee.....Whenever you can..Come get me to go walk. It is so funny that we live right next door to each other and all I want to do when I go home is play with my family, make dinner and be at home.....Anyway, have fun playing sports, and where do you plan to work out? Thank God It's Friday!
Mood:  cool
I'm ready for the weekend. I just want to be lazy, relax, sleep, and enjoy time with my family! I'm always ecstatic for the weekend. Who isn't?
I haven't began excersing yet. I will start this up coming Monday. Sorry, I know I'm a procrastinator! I have a v-ball game Monday night and plan to work out Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. We start our basketball league games next Wednesday, which I'm excited for.
I'm looking forward to the month of February. My birthday is coming up and there will be a huge basketball tourny the 3rd weekend in Feb. here at the Fort. Plus more tournys will begin and it'll be fun and something to look forward too for the weekends. Also, I'll see my out of state friends!
Breakfast: Cup of Coffee with Vanilla Creamer

Lunch: Ate all of my taco salad (boat)
Salad
Slice of strawberry delight cake
4 spoon fulls of spanish rice
Choc. milk

Dinner: Plan on making enchiladas
I'll let you know how much I eat, in Monday's blog.

HUH!!!!

Sorry haven't kept my blog up to date like I should. The past few days have been extremly slow. This month sure ain't my month. I'm on the verge of catching a cold or the flu. All I know is I haven't been feeling very good for the past few days. I went to open gym Wednesday night and played for a few minutes. I had to leave early because I wasn't feeling very good. I got sick there at the gym and ended up throwing up the rest of the night. It wasn't fun at all. Woke up the nest day with my head pounding and stomach muscles very sore.
Thursday, I didnt eat very well, or very little I should say. Went to work and was extremly busy all day. Around 4:40 went home and cleaned house, did laundry, started supper, then watched t.v. for an hour.
Had coffee for breakfast, didn't eat for lunch.
I ate for dinner:
Bowl of spaghetti
A slice of french bread
8 oz. of water
~Wasn't very hungry Thursday!

Let's get moving!! How's the back injury? It's hard to get back in the groove when you're out with an injury. Maybe when you get to the gym you can incorporate core exercises to strengthening your muscles that help your back. I went to the gym last night and walked. It was great!!! You have a great advantage by living on campus - you have the magical tools to help you at your disposal! Lucky girl :) Have a good one - Lynnie

I have an idea for exercise! We should walk/run the track together before it gets dark and leave the babies with their daddies, or one daddy, whoever is available. And if Daddies are not available, we could switch off for at least 30 minutes so we both could get some exercise! Or we could even take the babies with us in strollers. Liz

Morning,
Today's a good day! Still working on my eating habits and keeping it healthy! I believe I'm doing okay as far as eating goes. But, getting in shape and getting tone is far from my area of trying to get there. I'm getting over my back injury. Golly, I have to get on task and get started hitting the gym or atleast running or something! My plan to get started sounds wonderful, but I just have to discipline my self and quit being lazy. If You have any suggestions or any ideas about getting started let me know!
